Stripping of GRPC and Protobuf Libraries

Hello All,

Is there any guidance on DOs and DONTs of using something like GNU strip on the GRPC (and Protobuf) static archives and shared objects?

There's nothing special we're doing with our symbols at runtime, so it should be safe to follow standard industry practices when stripping grpc and/or protobuf-based binaries or libraries.
