Seeing lots of data not reaching grpcClient

In my setup which has huge data transfers between grpc Client and server with bidirectional streams . I am seeing lots of data which are send by the server never reaches client. 

Server is written in Java and Client is written in GO

I read about reducing the flowControlWindow to 64kb , which will reduce the congestion. 

Is this correct or I need to change something else.
