Protobuf and gRPC C ++ environment construction on Ubuntu 18.04 with native

Hi,

Is it possible to build grpc services using native(default) grpc and Protobuf of Ubuntu 18.04

please see the version info for the component

1> libprotoc 3.0.0

2 > grpc version 1.3.2-1.1~build1

3 > CMake is 3.10.2

Is there any link where I can find dependency between protobuf, grpc and CMake version?
