grpc c++ unit testing RPCs

Hi,

I want to test the RPC services. My server side is in C++ and want to unit test services. Is there any example which explains?

Do we have to test with real clients..in that case, grpc server needs to be started?

mock_test.cc - it says client side logic testing.. Is there any example which tests server side rpcs?
