Bridge II Sports hosts regular tandem rides on the Neuse River Trail and American Tobacco Trail for Visually Impaired Cyclists.  We typically ride between 15 and 30 miles.  All rides are on Saturday mornings.  The popularity of these events have increased and we are currently supporting 10-11 visually impaired cyclists per event.  We have an event scheduled for this Saturday, Sept 17th on the American Tobacco Trail and currently need 2-3 additional captains.   We will have spare tandems if needed.

Please let me know if you would be interested in volunteering as a tandem captain for this Saturday or any future events.

I might be available.

I no longer have a tandem of my own, but could potentially provide captain service. I’m about 5’9”, and ride a 54cm.

When is this on Saturday? How far do you go, starting where on the ATT, and at what pace?

Also, are half-bikes welcome to join in?

Thanks.
