Good day everybody

I know. It's  not a gregorio related problem. But maybe someone using gregorio has solved this:

Compiling this with lualatex

===

\documentclass[a5paper,pagesize,DIV=calc]{scrbook}

\usepackage{fontspec}

\setmainfont{Doulos SIL}

\usepackage[autocompile]{gregoriotex}

\usepackage{parallel}

\usepackage{soul}

\setuldepth{a}

\begin{document}

Quóniam hic est Deus, Deus n\d{o}ster †

in ætérnum et in sǽculum s\ul{ǽ}culi; *

ipse ducet n\ul{o}s in sǽcula.

\end{document}

===

the ǽ in s\ul{ǽ}culi dissapeares s\ul{æ}culum works.

Any ideas why? Any solution?

Greetings

Beda

soul seems to have difficulties managing composite characters with diacritics.

\underline instead of \ul works as expected, of course it does not allow you to use the good features of the soul package.
