Haven't foreign private firms linked to foreign governments been using the Central Identities Data Repository (CIDR) of Aadhaar numbers and National Population Register (NPR) of all the residents of India including all Supreme Court and High Court judges, Presidents, PMs, ministers, legislators and soldiers since 2010?
