Do we know of courageous officers like PV Ramesh from IAS Association who apologised for promoting Central Identities Data Repository (CIDR) of Aadhaar Numbers without reading Column no. 8 of Aadhaar Number Enrolment Form & Section 57 of Aadhaar Act?
