The most corrupt politician of independent India who also happened to be a "Senior" Advocate was a ruthless promoter of Aadhaar Number Database for unlimited foreign military surveillance. It is he who re-introduced the Aadhaar Bill in March, 2016 after its rejection by Yashwant Sinha headed Parliamentary Standing Committee on Finance.
