Supreme Court to decide constitutionality of Aadhaar Act before November 10

The 7-judge Constitution Bench is all set to decide constitutionality of Aadhaar Act before November 10 prior to the retirement of the present Chief Justice of India (CJI). The Aadhaar Act, the black law illegitimately enables indiscriminate collection of Metadata. The bench includes 50th CJI & Justices Sanjiv Khanna, the 51st CJI, B.R.Gavai, Surya Kant, J.B.Pardiwala & Manoj Misra. Directions for pre-hearing steps have been issued.
