This is a gentle reminder to attend the Webinar Panel on 'Pandemic and Civil Space' organised by the Regional Centre for Strategic Studies (RCSS) on 19 April 2021 from 6 pm-8 pm IST. The discussion will broadly cover the experiences of civil societies in the face of the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic in South Asia- Bangladesh, Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. 

The panellists of the webinar are Professor Emeritus Gamini Keerawella, Executive Director of RCSS, Sri Lanka; Tania Amir, Barrister-at-law, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of Bangladesh and a partner of Amir Law Associates; Dr Rajesh Tandon, Founder of the Society for Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA) a voluntary organisation providing support to grassroots initiatives in South Asia, based in India; Hari Sharma, Executive Director at Alliance for Social Dialogue (ASD) a national foundation of the Open Society Foundations, based in Nepal. 

The webinar will be moderated by Professor Paula Banerjee of the University of Calcutta, Executive Body Member of Calcutta Research Group (CRG), and Head of the Webinar/Seminar Committee of CRG.
