Case regarding unconstitutionality of Aadhaar Act, 2016 (minus Section 57) is one of the 72,062 cases pending in the Supreme Court. विपक्ष यह लिखित वादा करे कि ब्रिटेन और अन्य देशों की  तरह भारतवासियों को बायोमेट्रिक आधार आधारित देशी व विदेशी खुफिया निगरानी से आजाद  करेगी.( Opposition must  promise in writing that it will ensure freedom of Indians from biometric UID/Aadhaar based surveillance by foreign & Indian entities.)
