#Aadhaar: Challenge to Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Ordinance, 2019 to be heard by Supreme Court tomorrow by a Bench headed by Justice SA Bobde. Justice Bobde was part of the original UID/Aadhaar Bench and the 9-Judge Bench that gave privacy verdict but he was not made part of the 5-Judge Constitution Bench by the then CJI Dipak Misra that gave the 26 Sept. 2018 verdict on UID/Aadhaar & Aadhaar Act.
