Sonia Gandhi, in response to Modi asking, on Monday, for her suggestions, sends, on Tuesday, five in the letter below.
The suggestions, inter alia, include immediate suspension of the [utterly needless] Rs 20,000 crore 'Central Vista' plan - meant to beautify and reshape Delhi around the Sansad Bhavan, in order to utilise the money to fight the fast spreading disease.
She also suggests that the newly created fund, "PM Cares" - managed by a trust, be immediately folded up and the contributions collected be transferred to the, long existing, Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF) and the combined amount be utilised to ensure a food security net for the vulnerable.

Sonia Gandhi also, in the very opening line of her letter (for which link had already been provided), makes it explicit that her suggestions are in *response to PM's request for the same*.

COMMENT ON SONIA'S SUGGESTIONS TO SHRI MODI.
Italian born Catholic Sonia'a interference in Hindusthan's internal affairs should be rebutted. She should be advised to give good suggestions to the Prime Minister of ITALY where the dead from the virus are "falling in their thousands like the leaves of a tree in storm." (Quote Rajiv Khan in 1984).During the last thousand years the "orphaned" Hindus of Bharat desperately needed the Moguls and the Europeans to solve their problems. Finally the Europeans left after surrendering LAHORE & CHITTAGONG, on OUR behalf, to the fundamentalist Muslims thereby creating a new country that will always dance to the tune of her foreign masters.
