Some further additions to the witch's brew:

Puri Shankaracharya denies any difference of opinions among the four Shankaracharyas on the Temple issue.
He says that it's necessary to install Lord Ram in his own abode, but, *strictly according to the procedures laid down in the holy texts*. And explains further.

To be sure, none of them would attend the "Pran Pratistha" on Jan. 22nd.

To sum up, all the four Shankaracharyas are keeping away from the Pran Pratistha ceremony -- in an incomplete under-construction temple and that too on a day, January 22nd, of, at best, dubious significance.
Incidentally, this year Lord Ram's birthday, or Ramnavami, falls on April 17th.
The inevitable question that follows is why this unseemly hurry!???
