Supreme Court Extends Bail to Activist Teesta Setalvad Granted to Her Earlier by the Court

The operative part of the Supreme Court judgement in the Tessta Setalvad case is that the bail granted  earlier by the Supreme Court to her continues.

The Gujarat High Court order scrapping the bail is scrapped.

Quite interestingly, Tushar Mehta, the SG, is not there today.

Maybe it was considered futile.
