On the occasion of the holy Kedarnath Yatra, the Chowkidar has got his beard perfectly trimmed (by Jawed Habib?) and, as usual, donned very impressive sets of dress (gifted by whom?).
With emphasis somewhat shifted from colourful ethnicity; the Glasgow effect!?
