We are one week away from the clash between the officers of the 8th Precinct  vs Firefighters & EMT's of the Trinity House, Engine 54, Ladder 26. 

Sales have been very slow and I need leaders from the communities to get the word out to their people for this very worthy and community building event.

I will send out a separate email with information for the Cooks that will hopefully answer questions they may have.

COMMUNITY:

I need people to donate salad, salad dressing, sour cream, grated cheese, crackers, corn bread, tortilla chips, fritos, and other items to create a meal with chili.

Respond to this email as to your food donation.

Hosted by the 8th Precinct CRC

• Date: March 7, 2026

• Time: 11:00 am - 1:30 pm

• Location: Calvary Presbyterian Church, Fellowship Hall, 19125 Greenview, 48219

                                                            Enter the hall off the parking lot

Description/Details:

• Fundraiser for the 8PP CRC 

• Chili Cook-off challenge between the 8th Precinct Offices & the Trinity House, Engine 54, Ladder 26

• $8 per person - See the link below to register & pay

• $10 fee to each contestant - See the link below to register & pay

• 2 prizes given to the 1st and 2nd Place winner, paid out from the fees received

• The community will select the "People's Chili Champion" and the "Crowd Favorite Runner-Up"

• ALL proceeds go toward the General Fund of the 8PP CRC to fund the Police Appreciation Luncheon and other events. —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
