Sir Rex.
To be honest I deliberated for some time before posting as I anticipated rude and aggressive response having seen it before. But I am living here and so I believe I have a right to an opinion.

The way I understand it you are going up against Century City Corp, and the BIR and you would prefer to do this while remaining uninformed.

Well good luck!

Well, well, well. Did we touch a sensitive nerve there dear John?

Please don't call me 'Sir' as I left the military in 1989 and I only get called 'Sir' when in the 'bondage' room, wink, wink. LOL.

Now that all the members are laughing, we could say that all this is getting rather too personal and all the grievances and 'ugly' stuff should be aimed at the REAL perpetrators.

The point I was making in my emails is very simple and I know a lot of members out there will agree with me.
I bought my first Century unit 3 yeas ago, in Knightsbridge. I have 3 units in total. For me, and many other owners, this has been an absolute nightmare and has cost me a lot of money, wasted time and unnecessary stress. To top things off, it looks like they have been a very poor investment.

Now the last thing I want to read is any wonderful comments about this company or it's management. The people in this group have GENUINE grievances against this company and the management, whether it be with the Century building company or in the Gramercy itself.
I DO NOT want to read how perhaps, WE are over reacting, or that perhaps, the problem really doesn't exist. I do not want to read about anyone having a wonderful time or someone owning 5248 units or whatever. In short, like many other owners, I am thoroughly upset and disappointed (read pi...ed off).

I paid 5246 pesos to this group as did many others, in the hope that we might get some changes implemented and perhaps even receive some small compensation or reimbursement.
Now whilst constructive advice and comments are appreciated, 'do gooder' comments are definitely NOT.

Let us ALL remember here, that if no one had any complaints, this group would not exist at all.
Let us also remember the huge amount of work that Jun and his wife have put into forming this group. To suggest that most of our grievances are non-founded, is an insult to Jun and the members.

I also deliberated before responding here as my natural tendency would be to tear a few limbs off someone but I will let my feminine side (time for another members laugh as I look awful in a skirt with so many muscles.......) come out so we can all get along together.

So let's retract the claws, kiss and make up and continue the fight.

Good luck to those that need it.
Those who don't need it, smile and be happy for being so fortunate.

Love, Rex (LOL....)

Mr. Rex
No you didn't touch any nerves, as I said I had anticipated similar responses. It was nice to see some positive responses also.
This will be my last post to the site so you're welcome to have the last word.
I agree with most of your thoughts, although there's some that are a bit bizarre.
As I said my experience with Century was a nightmare, and I am constantly amazed to hear of people who have two units here, 3 in kightsbridge, 6 in Milano, 12 in Aqua.
For me my purchase will be the first and last time with this developer. They are obviously excellent in marketing and sales, just poor in customer service.
My understanding is Knightsbridge is fully sold and only re-sale is available, did you try to sell?
Rumor has it that units in Trump and Spire units are moving at 200k per meter which I hope can only benefit us in Gramercy as with the direct access to the shopping and the quality amenities, I believe this is the premium tower.
I for one welcomed the 27% reduction in association dues last year, and back dating it to the turnover was a surprise. I dont believe you have had that benefit yet in Knightsbridge. Take the 10% off for advance payment, it is cheaper than my dues in my Global City property that I vacated to move here, and here is way better.
My initial post in defense of PMO and the building staff was because they are improving and well-intentioned. I always find them polite and conscientious if sometimes misguided.
I guess they are employees of Century and so find themselves between a rock and a hard place.
I am massively impressed with the work Jun has done and his skills at arbitration are outstanding.
I just believe your battle is with Century City and apparently the BIR rather than the PMO,
and as I said before, Good luck!
