Siglo Suites

Dear Fellow Owners,

In the past couple of days, people have been asking me about this new program called Siglo Suites by CPI/Gramercy. Should you join or not? If one is renting out his unit on a long term basis, do you need to use Siglo? Well, the simple answer is NO.

Dear Fellow Owners,

I did try to consider the possibility to rent my unit with the siglo suites. I did contact the team last August, and everything was fine until I got all conditions and business plan. Following the consultation of all documents, I withdraw my interest. First the condition of charging system it is illegal (credit card system ) second the investment rate is tooooo low due to the high cost for management and promotion.
