GORM - Updating all fields except specified

Hi,

In GORM, the entity class has an overloaded version of update method that takes a list of attributes to update. That is good thing.

I also find it helpful to have a method update_except ... that would update all properties except the specified ones. This is the exact opposite of the update(props).
