questionnaire application design

Hi ,

I have a questionnaire module to be developed using Grails , it contains

• Internationalization (English and Arabic) for the questions and the answers.
• questions answers some as Radio Button or Select Box or check Boxes but i'm stuck in putting a proper domain and views design for that , one of the ideas i have for internationalization is to make 2 fields in the DB for each language, or to put the name of the items in messages.properties file with the questions in the DB, but really i can't find a proper design for the views , Appreciate your ideas and advises for a proper design that meets the above requirements ?
