Room for rent in North Oakland

I will be moving soon and am helping my roommate find my replacement. The room for rent is a large bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in North Oakland near the corner of Aileen Street and San Pablo Avenue. Let me know if you, or someone you know, would like to see the place! Move-in would ideally take place between June 15 and July 1.

  

The apartment includes:
-2 Bedrooms

-The bedroom for rent is HUGE and has a large closet

-a living room

-bathroom 
-Kitchen (gas stove)
-Washer/Dryer (in-unit)
-Private parking spot at no extra cost (and plenty of street parking)

Cost:
- $1,100-1,200
- + Utilities: PGE&E; Wi-Fi
- Water (bi-monthly)

I am moving and wanted to donate a full-size bed with box spring 

and a small white student working desk for anyone who is interested.

With 19.5 inches
