Dear ES Graduate Students,

Professors Pérez and Siu are looking for a Student Assistant III at $22 an hour for 10 hrs./week to assist with the organization of the ES 50th anniversary symposium, March 5 and 6, 2020. Position to begin as soon as possible (early June). The position can potentially continue through the date of the symposium. 

Duties will include assisting with the call for ES undergraduate and graduate student alums, corresponding with potential participants, co-organizing panels and maintaining contact with panelists, inviting UCB faculty to participate as moderators/chairs, contacting  artists, organizing venues, researching catering options and on-site facilitation of same, coordinating volunteers, maintaining record of expenses, facilitating honoraria, hotel, and travel arrangements, managing printing of posters and programs, managing social and other media, and related duties.
