Ok, first step, you see on the last line of the errors you posted it says about broken packages, go into Synaptic package manager, select the option to fix broken packages. When it has done that try installing again. If that doesn't work tell us what operating system you are using, whether you have previously tried to install gqrx or gnuradio prior to this attempt and what process you are following to install gqrx now and list the actual commands you entered.Simon.

Dear Golden,
the instant answer is that, assuming that you are using Ubuntu or a derivative such as Mint, you have not installed all the PPAs as described at http://gqrx.dk/download/install-ubuntu.
The longer answer is that few of us on the list are mind readers, so a little corroborative detail might be helpful! In particular, what OS and version, what hardware, how you attempted to install GQRX in the first place.
If you simply wish to get GQRX installed, then GQRX installed on top of Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is generally the simplest and quickest approach.HTH,
Robin, G8DQX

Aha,
we are making progress. This is nothing to do with GQRX, but rather due to Ubuntu 17.04, Zesty Zapus, going end-of-life. (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ZestyZapus/ReleaseNotes)
There are two options:
a) install an LTS Ubuntu version (most recent is 16.04 (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XenialXerus/ReleaseNotes/), 18.04 is due at the end of April 2018), or
b) install the current Ubuntu development release, 17.10 (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ArtfulAardvark/ReleaseNotes), but note that support is only until July 2018
It's probably not what you wished to hear, but it is a rational explanation. In other circumstances, had you acted sooner, then it is, in principle, possible to do an OS upgrade from one version to another. Such upgrades are problematic with such things as the switch of default desktop from Unity to GNOME.
HTH,
Robin, G8DQX
Glad you got it sorted. Must be a—wait for it—Golden Outcome!
R.
