Gqrx won't launch on linux mint21 what am I missing

have Linux
12.2 on a
Samsung with an AMD CPU Gqrx
will not run on it tells me I have an illegal instruction dump core
however I install 19.3 mint
on the same machine and gqrx will run perfectly fine so 12/2 has an
issue if I had a guess it
does not have the right drivers for this machine or just not set up
to run with this particular CPU for

reason

This is a common problem for all Ubuntu derived packages it seems. IIRC it's an option enabled for libuhd which is not supported on x86_64 arch. Recompiling UHD from scratch should solve it.
