Beers and Barbecue: Thursday 2 July

 Dear GOTP,

This Thursday a few of us thirsty riders have decided on a mid-year get together for a few beers at Roadhouse BBQ on the corner of Surawongse and Rama 4 Road, starting 5pm.  Everyone should expect to pay their own bill for beers and food.  However, as payback to all the wheels I've sucked since the last time we got together, I personally will buy the first Singha for anyone who is there by 5.30pm.  Unfortunately we'll miss Paul Cook, who is always up for a free beer, as he remains under self-quarantine in Scotland.

We have booked tables on 3rd floor. All are welcome to join.  While during this Covid19 disruption our numbers of riders on the usual Sunday ride have dwindled to a few, perhaps it would be good to meet old and new faces in order to re-ignite interest.   Look forward to seeing you.

Great idea but sadly I will be away in regions south of here Thursday and Friday this week. I could have written Pattaya but no one wants to admit they visit that shit hole. Actually I'm at Siam playing golf and nighting in Ban Seray.....  ha ha.

But despite the health kick I will no doubt have a libation or three.
