Restore to gmail outside of organization

Is it possible to restore to a Gmail account outside of the organization?

Next time lead with the error, less guesswork for me 😀

The project you created is restricted to your g suite domain. Rename client_secrets.json and oauth2service.json to something specific to your domain and then run 

--action create-project

As the user you want to migrate to.
