I try to find an old documentation for GWT 2.6.

Do you know if there is a place where I can find it ?

You can find the history of the GWT website (including the javadoc) at https://github.com/gwtproject/gwt-site, it apparently goes back to GWT 2.5.1.

Something like a git checkout master@{2014-05-22} will give you the content of the website from 6 years ago.
