Devmode Server starting automatically in Eclipse

I've never seen the Eclipse plugin do this before, i'm sure i've always had to start the code server manually myself, but now it seems to be starting automatically when Tomcat does. If the run config is missing, then it creates it.

Any idea how i stop this? I can't find any relevant options for the plugin. Version 3.0.0.201710131939, on 2020-03

Urgh, murphey's law, been poking at this on and off all day, within half an hour of taking to the internet to moan about it i've found the option! It's hidden away in project options, not the plugin ones :-( nevermind me...
