problem with combo bar chart displaying zero value

Hello everyone,

I used the chart on  https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/combochart

and customized it fo my needs. I have 2 bars in each group.

My problem is that values like 0 or -0.21 do not show on the chart as if there is no value to display

how do I make them appear on the chart ? 

I need to show 2 bar chart and 1 line chart in one page. What is the best way for code layout>
