Barchart haxis customization such as hover effect on haxis and click event of haxis.

       I want some hover effect on Haxis of the chart and click effect as shown in the image. when we click on any label its background should be customizable.

       

       I search a lot on google but not found any solution. Any help regarding this will be appreciated.
