Annotating data points on google point interval chart

Is there a way to display data points values on point interval chart? Google's link here : https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/intervals#line-intervals

Instead of showing data values when hovering over, I'd like to display the data values by default on the chart?  Thanks for your help.

This is What I did so far. Now I can display the annotations, I couldn't place them  with datapoints side by side.
