Gauge for website - complete novice question!

Hi all,

Could you offer me some advice please???!!  I am very new to all this and am struggling to find out what code I need to get a gauge on my website to show live data. I have been searching the Internet for a week now and just don't know where to start with my very limited skills.

What I am trying to do is get the value displayed at this webpage http://www.irf.se/maggraphs/preliminary_real_time_k_index_15_minutes   and show it in a gauge on my website. The value on the webpage changes so the gauge will need to auto refresh.
