Source data from our public API

I would like to source data from our reporting API to spreadsheet and build on top of that charts. Our reporting API update every hour.

1. How can i source data using our reporting API into spreadsheet?

2. How can i refresh our data every hour so it will reflect at the end in the chart?

3. Whats the recommended limitation of data size we can source and how will be the performance for the largest size?
