Pie Chart is not displaying percentage for low values

Hi Team,

I have been using google's Pie Chart. It works fine for the maximum percentage values, but unable to display for low percentage values.

Can we display all the percentage values outside of the chart instead of showing inside of the chart. Or is there any way to show all the values inside the graph.
