Interactive Line Graph Chart

Hi 

I'm new here. I am looking to produce an interactive line chart where the user can select what they want to see based on a value, similar to a weight dairy of 10 individuals over a 2-week period. I want the user to be able to select which individual/graph they want to see. I have quite a lot of data and its already in a sheet so if I could import this that would be easier. Could anyone put me in the right direction of a tutorial I could use? I'm struggling to find anything easy to follow on the internet.
