Series lines/data points covered by grid lines

With the recent update to Google Sheets and Charts, I can no longer see the data points that are at the Vertical Max. I cannot figure out how to fix this.

I need to keep my vertical max at 100 (I need to combine lots of individual charts and need to keep the Max at 100).

How do I fix this?

I forgot to mention, I tried to utilize "Allow Bounds to Hide Data" box. I tried it unchecked and checked, no change to chart.
