Customize ChartEditor Dialog box

Hello everyone,

I am working on a project which involves the extensive use of Google Charts. I wanted to make some changes in the appearance of ChartEditor dialog box (wanted to change its z-index) but after a lot of effort also, I was unable to get the dialog box element. Is there any way to do so? Any help would be really appreciated.
