trying to use google pie chart in angularjs

to Google Visualization API

im trying to use goole pie chart( <script type="text/javascript" src="https://www.gstatic.com/charts/loader.js"></script> ) file with my angularjs code

the file is a html file but chart is not displayed when my angularjs part is working perfectly.please help on this
