Reverse y-axis

Is there a way to reverse the y-axis value, so the lower the number, the higher the point on a line graph and the higher the number the lower on the line graph? I coach track and field and want to view students and athletes performance curves, so the faster their sprint (lower time), the better it is on the graph.
