How to get a full label of a node that has a collapsed label?

Hi folks, 

I am using Google chart tree and some of my nodes have the label collapsed. The problem is that I need that identifier to do some processing; and so far, I have been unable to get an identifier when a user clicks on those nodes. The “getSelected” method gives me a reference to an HTML element, but from this element, when it has a contracted label, I am not able to find anything to help me uncover what node has been clicked. I have read the Google chart docs and inspected the element returned with “getSelected” method, but so far without any success.

Do you guys have an idea on how to get the full label from a node that has been contracted?
