can you be more specific, which width you want to fix , overall org chart or individual boxes?

To fix the width of the chart, you need to set the width on the container div in either CSS or HTML.  To control the width of nodes, try setting the width in CSS for the google-visualization-orgchart-node or google-visualization-orgchart-node-medium classes.

You cant insert a fixed width element (div) into the container of the node, the width of the node will be based on its children's width.
