Creating a unique location type - surface for GeoChart

Looking at the reference here https://developers.google.com/chart/interactive/docs/gallery/geochart#region-geocharts

 

Is there a way to create a chart of a sporting arena or is there a way to focus the map entirety to an extremely local are or venue?

What I am aiming to do is replicate a race track, the track layout slope and forces and utilise post race data to recreate portions of the race with drivers on the map. Ultimately I would like to implement forces weather conditions etc to change and alter the race data based on these inputs.

 

So can I design this style of map in geocharts or is this totally out of scope?

 

PS I am not trying to create a game more of an analysis tool to replicate how vehicles drivers conditions affect performance visually.

If this is totally out of scope, where should I look for this sort of visualisation, analytics halfway in some way between a chart or created chart area and not quite to game as using analyzed results as the output?
