Having issues with Google Charts API for my project

I'm attempting to use Google charts to create a line graph to map a users weight progress each week.  When the user submits their weight for the week it is successfully added to the database then the graph is set to render. However, it doesnt show up.

I have the <script> for the google charts js file in my header file.

Any ideas?

It would be better if you could point us at the actual page that is failing.  Then we could look at the code that is sent to the browser, and see the error in the debugger.  Otherwise, we can't tell much from an image of php code unless something obvious jumps out.
