Stack Dot Plot type graph

Afternoon,

I have created a graph in Excel that I would like to replicate using the visualisation API.

The graph is a stacked column graph with custom markers.  Each marker is worth 1 so they stack up quite nicely - please see the attached picture.

This is for a feedback mechanism so if you were scored 4 by 5 different managers - you would have a stack of 5 orange dudes.  

Is this possible without messing with the data?
