Google Chart commercial use

to Google Visualization API

Hello,

I need to understand if someone have short answer about to use Google Chart in my website for commercial use.

To let you know, is possible to use those API with an hosting mysql apache server to host users data.

User can connect privately to the web site and input data in the db then data are display on graph.

And all of this is free from Google payment or we have to pay ?

And we can do it or there are some laws don't permit this ?
