How do I make a chart with area recognition?

I need to make a chart that is capable of interpret area. 

If I plot a dot above the line of the chart the value will be aproved, if I plot a dot  below the value will be unaproved. 

I need a chart that automatically tests the values of the dot that I plot depending in which area of the chart.

Does anyone knows how to do that?

I could use a combination between area chart and scatter char somehow but I don't know and I can't find any useful articla to help me.

Please help me!
