Hello,

I have a serious problem with my Google sheets carrying room numbers that have letters in the same cells. to a processing sheet. I have been very successful in creating G Sheets that import the data from the G form submissions.

Not sure if you can see the pic very well. But the formula is identical in both sheets and even the one that is not functioning did work for months and in some cases years without issues. using the

=QUERY('Form Responses 4'!A:AC,"Select*")

for processing Form responses and using them in my audits.

Now for some reason, all of the sheets are no longer honoring this formula at least not as far as including cells with both numbers and letters.

This is problematic. I have a workaround, entering 3 questions on the form for the room numbers Letter Before, #, Letter After then Concatenate the data on the sheet. But that is not desirable especially for the form submitters.

I have close to 100 of these sheets using these formulas for several different purposes and it is a formula I use frequently. So I would really appreciate some help!!!

Set up a simple form where numbers and letters are in the same cell use. Then take the form responses and transfer them to another tab using the formula to see if it works.

Thanks for your time,
Mat

This is the Google Charts group - you'll probably get a better response in the Google Docs forum: https://support.google.com/docs/community/?hl=en&gpf=%23!forum%2Fdocs&authuser=0
