Organization Chart-Show different color on nodes having child nodes

Hi,

i have used Google API Org chart for one of or requirement.This is a simple Employ-Manager relational chart.I just wanted to show different color for nodes having child nodes on hover or show plus button.this chart is created dynamically from database.so i need to write a logic for same.
could you please  help me in this regard.
Also when I click on node having child nodes,progress bar or loader should be displaye.
Please let me know how can we achieve these requirements.
